I suspect you meant 'uninstall' in the headline, but I'm only speculating based on the rest of your text. You can click on "Edit" and edit the headline, should you choose to make it more clear.
You can just disable the driver that way it will result in your touchscreen being disabled, create a file in /etc//modprobe.d/blacklist_touchscreen.conf and then give it the following content.
