I can't change the keybind "ctrl + alt + f9", my ubuntu version is Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

You will need to disable virtual terminal switching in your X11 configuration and then you can try rebinding the key to something else using the "Keyboard Shortcuts" from the settings menu.
If you are using Wayland on Ubuntu 20.04 you will have to do something similar, is there a reason you want to rebind the special keybind for switching virtual terminals?
thanks for the help, i'll try to disable the terminal toggling.
I need to change this specific keybind because I use it at work

I didn't think you had read my post, so I had removed it. I forgot that new members posts have to be approved, that must be why your reply hasn't shown up till now.

If their post contains links, it is held for moderation. This is true for the first five posts for new people, I'm pretty sure. Once approved, they can post and it'll show up if there aren't any links in it. Using the reply may count as a link, as it links to the previous comment.
