Hi,
I have Alcatel Thomson speedtouch 330 USB model modem.I can run Ubuntu Desktop 64 liveUSB flawlessly but I don't know how to set up my internet connection ? I tried to use Network Manager but it didn't work
will my connection be " wired " or "DLS" on connection managers?
Do I have to install a firmware or driver?
there is link on "linux-usb.sourceforge.net/SpeedTouch/ubuntu/index.html " explains how to set up my modem but its date about 2005
or which is the best distro for USB modems
