How to edit WINDOWS services from linux

Hi!
I would like to know if there is any way to edit WINDOWS services from linux. Like enabling and disabling serivces from linux.
And when I boot into windows, those services must be enabled or disbaled.
Can anyone please help me?

Which Windows version?
If not familiar with tweaking the registry in Win7, I would say don't try it -- strictly with Win7, AFAIK.
