How to install Kali linux on Dell G3 gaming laptop

Hi, i have been struggling to install kali linux on my dell g3 laptop
once i have installed there was grub loader error
and later on i have fixed the grub loader, then the os started to boot up completely
but it was super slow and it was getting heated up and it shuts down it is the same for ubuntu also
i dont want windows, it sucks tbh! linux rules! so
could any one help me or show me how to install kali linux on dell g3
