I can't open my window boot loader

I just install Ubuntu alongside my window (window in ssd while Ubuntu in hdd)
When I enter (window boot loader) it come to here . How can I fix the problem? I saw some forum say it is grub problem but I don't know how to fix it

Have you tried switching your boot order to Ubuntu first?
