When i open my linux setup with it sais Out Of Range 95.5khz/60hz.
Can somebody fix this for me

It's telling you that your Linux does not fit your monitor.

Is this a new install or has it worked before?

What distro of Linux are you using? Does your computer have a MAKE and MODEL, or can you give the basic specs?

Is there a GPU/Video card? Have you installed the firmware/driver?

This is my first time installing Linux.

And i'm using Ubuntu.

And i didn't installed drivers.

Try nomodeset as Arochester suggests above. If you need more help, you're going to have to give us some info on your hardware setup. What video card do you have installed (or make/model of a pre-built computer like Dell Inspiron 5577) and what make/model/size monitor do you have?
