Install FESTIVAL on DEBIAN 12

I have installed FESTIVAL on Debian 12 ( Bookworm ). When I try to use text2wave, I get ' no such file or directory '. I even tried pointing to the directory ' /bin/festival ' and get the same thing. I CAN switch to that directory, and the files ARE there? I must be missing somethong.

put sudo in front of it

put sudo in front of it

Then type your user password.....
