can anybody help me

That won't solve this problem because of the following.

Temporary failure in name resolution.
wget: unable to resolve host address ‘update.code.visualstudio.com’
ERROR: Failed to download https://update.code.visualstudio.com
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/########/my-notes.git/': Could not resolve host: github.com

Your need to configure dns servers for your system, after that is done correctly you will be able to download and install it.
