Is there No Plug-In for Time Translation?

Hello,
I am using a program from Odoo which works on Linux. I want to use a SMS funtion which automatically reminds my customers when they appointment is. My developer tries to explain me that there is no plug-in for time translation. Is that true?

What do you mean by time translation?

Have you asked Odoo for help?

I'm not sure exactly what is meant by "time translation", but this sounds like something to bring up with Odoo's after-sales/customer service team. It sounds like the appointment software is missing some features/functionality to allow you to do exactly what you want to do.

I don't think this problem has anything to do with Linux.
