My Debian 12 on a Lenovo laptop has a indicator lights on the speaker key and microphone key to incate it wheather it is active or off.
the idicator light on my microphone button does not light up when activated.Debian shows a screen icon when the indicator button is pressed showing that the microphone is active or deactive but the light does not come on the button. the indicator light works on the speaker button lighting up when its nuted and off when unmuted. this suggest a keyboard mapping error with the micropone button since I know the indicator light comes on in POST and when running another operating system.
How can I correct the indicator light on the keyboard ?
