when I try to use deepin 20 beta it give me this: kfk kfk: device 1002:15dd NOT added due to error what can I do?

you are new to Linux and you are trying a beta release.....that is not what I would recommend for a beginner

Did you run the checksums etc ? to ensure the download you received was 'clean' ?

Did you download from the official site ?

What are the specs of your pc ?

Yes yes and yes and CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
Samsung 4096 2400Mhz
HFS256G39TNF-N3A0A 256GB

Have you approached the Deepin people ?

I have no direct knowledge of Deepin.

Have you tried any of the other Linux Distros ?

I think you may have jumped in the deep end.....taken on something too complicated

Why dont you try Linux Mint to start with and then when you have more experience, go back and give Deepin another try.

Well done !

Get some experience with that.

If you have an external hard drive you can save stuff to, you might set up Timeshift (just so you wont lose any data etc in case you happen to experiment and break it....etc etc

Hang around the forum from time to time...it is a great place to learn.

Ask any questions you need to ask in a new topic...there are plenty of willing listeners here.
