OS: Kubuntu 21.04
Dual Boot with Windows 10.
System:
  • Ryzen7 3700u
  • Radeon Vega 10 Graphics
  • 8GB Ram
  • 512GB SSD
https://github.com/KDE/latte-dock I downloaded Latte Dock Master from here and I'm using it, but when the computer boots up, it doesn't start automatically and a window appears saying Latte has crashed. I have to open it myself every time. I translated the window in the photo for you: "Sorry, the Latte Dock application has unexpectedly quit. You can help us improve the KDE software by reporting this error."

Does it run normally when you launch latte from the terminal, on the autostart screenshot can you click edit and show what you added to launch it?

Click on the icon to the left of Google Chrome and then type in latte, what happens then?

Remove the one you manually downloaded and remove it from startup applications, you then need to install latte-dock from the Kubuntu repositories.
Code:
sudo apt install latte-dock
Then try adding latte to the startup applications again.

The Latte-dock in the kubuntu repositories has always worked well here. Do as f33dm3bist has said and remove the latte-dock you installed and reinstall from repositories. Good luck.

Its worth having a look at Plank if you continue having trouble with Latte. For me, plank is much nicer and integrates better (albeit not perfectly).

Plank does not work well with KDE Latte-dock is KDE/Plasma friendly.

Well that explains why I had the opposite experience!
