You can right-click on a column (one of the letters across the top) and find a selection for "Column Width." And you can right-click on a row (one of the numbers along the left) and find a selection for "Row Height." There are also choices for "Optimal Width" and "Optimal Height" that will automaticall resize the cell to fit what you have inside it.
