I have also figured out how to have Librewold open links on the monitor of my choice....I have two monitors....left and right (LH & RH)
the setting you need to adjust (In Linux Mint 22.1, Cinnamon) is in the System Settings/Preferences/Windows/Behaviour ....and looks like the below
In a nutshell....an email arrives from Linux.org....I double click the message, which then opens the usual 'x member posted a new message to a forum you are watching at linux.org'.... I then single click on the 'View this thread' and move my cursor to the monitor I wish it to open on ....usually the left-hand monitor (my habit).....it 'follows the cursor and dutifully open on that monitor.
If I want it to open on the monitor side which the email has been opened on, I simply single click the link and it opens on that same monitor that the email has been opened on.
