What app will run programs I've tried autorun and a few others when I try to open a program I click open with and I haven't had any luck

I'm sorry but I'm a little lost here. Are you wanting to run Linux apps on Windows? If so, this isn't possible as far as I know, unless you want to run them either in a virtual machine or use Cygwin. If you want to run Windows apps on Linux, then you can use WINE, but its not a perfect solution.
