I want to limit/ remove Active Directory service accounts created for automation between Windows and Linux Servers.
Microsoft Servers that are members of a Active Directory forest are moving over to use Group Managed Service Accounts to replace the Active Directory user account/ password that previous did roles for automation (Links Below).
My question is for Linux devices, has anyone sought to configure their Linux devices to take advantage of these accounts (GMSA), below is the link to install powershell on Linux, There is a huge benefit from a security aspect thus why it is being asked.... Can Linux devices use Group Managed Service Accounts if the device has powershell installed and is a member of the active directory domain?
