Apt --fix-broken install this command does not work.
Is there any way to get it to work?

Apt install -f is installed.

When I click on Team Viewer it doesn't respond.
And it gives an error at the end of the installation.

Details are in the pictures.

Linux Mint Debian.

the first image is easy,. Its telling you your command is not recognized and so is giving you example of options. The other thing i noted is that you are logged in as root which is normal for slackware but unusual for Debian/Ubuntu. What did you do to get to # (i think i know the answer ) but would be nice for you to confirm.

Can you clarify what package you were trying to install ? was it Teamviewer

last image looks like Turkish , but i can read it

you can try a few options:

apt is newer but still should work

sudo apt-get update
//update

sudo apt check

//check for broken packages

sudo apt-get update --fix-missing
