Have you run those 6 commands starting with sudo? If not, run them, then reboot.

I take it this is Pop OS please mention that any time you are asking for help.

Cheers

I would agree with the previous post. I'm wondering if you didn't somehow interrupt your internet connection during your upgrade...

Do you remember what that was?

Also, have you tried running

sudo apt --fix-broken install yet, as it advises?

You may be best advised to simply reinstall, and once installed, install Timeshift and take a snapshot before running any updates.

The repositories don't look correct, although I don't run PopOS. Here are the correct ones here

The PPA ones you are using have changed recently. Are you supposed to be running stable/testing? What version of Pop OS?

I suspect you shouldn't have the ubuntu repositories in there at all, and the two errors relate to pulling in stuff from Ubuntu testing (or based on the message Lubuntu maybe as well). Did you migrate from Ubunutu?

What is the output of sudo grep ^[^#] /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*
