Microphone icon doesn't disappear

Hello, i enablaed noise cancellation, after that microphone icon doesn't disappear. Normally if a program is using microphone it is appear after closing that program microphone disappear but microphone always appears right top of the screen after enabling noise cancellation. I don't want to disable noise cancellation because of that, how to solve this ?

I don't get any error messages. The problem is that if i enable noise cancellation the microphone icon doesn't disappear right top. Normally if a program uses microphone it appears automatically after closing that program it disappears. I cancelled noise cancellation and the microphone icon disappeared but every time i have to do that.
