Multi simultaneous user graphical environment

Have multi head keyboard and mouse but one good pc. Can my daughter use the pc while I code

What you want to do is called Multiseat, and It certainly is possible, it all depends on whether you have the hardware to; 1 external monitor, 2 GPUs, 2 set of mouse and keyboard, and whatever else you need. Read here for more https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiseat_configuration
