Did you install the missing dependency that the dpkg error is referring to?

not sure why you are trying to install a .deb in ubuntu. Yes it will handle it but much better to put in the correct ubuntu versions.. please refer to this.. https://idroot.us/install-mysql-workbench-ubuntu-24-04/

it is directions to install mysql server and workbench. You are doing it the hard way.

I've even been using AI, did what I was ask but the same results
What do you mean with "I've been using AI"?

Artificial Intelligence? I hope not, it's like asking a brainless parrot how to break your system.

Just read the docs / docs that work! APTI sent something that seems solid.

I would agree.... stay away from the AI... when it comes to programming and most technical stuff it is often wrong. I use it to take care of tedious stuff but always check it to make sure it is correct. 80% of the time I have to adjust what it says and that requires knowing it already.
The reason AI is so often wrong in tech is because it just sifts through all the online information and presents what it was programmed to see as the best answer. But it still only regurgitates what it finds on internet searches and we know how accurate information on the internet is.

Just found an error.
Sorry for the late response, the network is pretty bad over here
