I am new bie after a long 11 year of Telecommunication service delivery career i want to learn linux and pursue IT/Network Engineer Please help me and suggest me

Welcome to Linux.org,

The first thing is to do a little bit of searching and pick a Linux distro to download and install.

Learn Linux by using Linux.

Linux Mint seems to be the starting place for most who are coming from a Windows environment.

Have a read.

Although written for Linux Mint it will work with most mainstream Linux distros and is a great way to try out Linux and get a taste of it without installing it onto your computer.

Linux Mint.

Linux Mint 19.3 download.

A good read.

welcome samighersheen nice to join us , glad you want to learn linux, as poorguy says linux mint may be the best decision for you in the beginning.

Welcome!
Try 'em all but suggest start as above, and/or MX or manjaro
But give us some hardware info, please!

Training?
Certification?
There are other resources, as well.
