Windows 7 Pro refugee here. Excited about Linux Mint 19.2 which I installed on my notebook last week with no trouble. Tried to install the Update Manager today - with the intention to upgrade to Tricia - and had a power failure in my apartment during the install. Now when I try to install the Update Manager I get "e: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem." I cannot get this to run in Terminal. HELP!!!!

sudo.

Do
Code:
sudo dpkg --configure -a

It is not enough to say
I cannot get this to run in Terminal.
Tell us exactly what happened... ;)

The error message didn't include 'sudo' - I'll try that when I'm back wrangling with this tomorrow. Many thanks!!
