Hello,

I installed antiX 19.1, kernel 4.1 for the architecture ]amd x86_64. The following commands does not return any wireless interface :

ip a

I do miss the interface wlp****

My wifi card and the modules are :
lspci -nnk | grep -i network -A 3
03:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Intel Corporation Wireless 3165 [8086:3165] (rev 81)
Subsystem: Intel Corporation Dual Band Wireless AC 3165 [8086:4010]
Kernel driver in use: iwlwifi
Kernel modules: iwlwifi, wl

About the firmware, the 22 version is well loaded :
dmesg | grep -i firmware

What should i do ?

well i haven't been running on all four cylinders for the last 2 weeks but can't see what you have installed Antix on and might ask why did you go for it specifically ? I used antix many years ago and got wireless working from memory i used a usb adapter and there was modeprobe this and modeprobe that . The lateral thinking way of testing hardware is to put a live version of an OS your interested in onto a usb stick.
