oracle-xe-21c issue

Hello,
I need help to fix this:
Synaptic don't start
"E: The package oracle-database-xe-21c needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.
E: Internal error opening cache (1). Please report."


When I trying to remove and install again:

dpkg: error processing package oracle-database-xe-21c (--remove):
package is in a very bad inconsistent state; you should
reinstall it before attempting a removal
Errors were encountered while processing:
oracle-database-xe-21c

I'm trying this:
dpkg --purge --force-all oracle-database-xe-21c
(Reading database ... 428146 files and directories currently installed.)
Removing oracle-database-xe-21c (1.0-2) ...

and I put this line:

it's no efect..

I must have oracle databese install on ZorinOs.

Yes, oracle send me answer on forum: "they don`t support Odb21c on Ubuntu platform. You must have Oracle Linux or Red Hat Linux 7 or 8"

RHEL is free for SOHO use.

Oracle Linux sucks even on Oracle's own VirtualBox.

Disclosure: I pretty much hate Oracle. I do like VB, however.
