Password lost in install in VMBox. Need to reset, how?

Installed Ubuntu*GamePack in VMBox and it ran through a bunch of screens I just went with what was there Now I have the opening screen asking for user name and password. How can I reset with out having to reinstall?

One thing you could consider if this is a vm you set up to only play games you can reinstall but as you go through the setup screens you can set up user to login without entering credentials. Not secure but if all you are protecting is your solitare game the risk is acceptable... Good luck

Here's how to reset a password in a Ubuntu VM...something I've never done as I don't have any Linux VMs.
