Problems accessing Linux Mint website in Firefox on LMDE [SOLVED]

Well, I'm very sorry to have troubled you folk, but for some reason I CAN access the Linuxmint website now. I had the problem for about five days. Why I had the problem I just don't know.
Anyway, at least I've found the Linux.org website with its mine of information so this has been a VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

Nick while everything is working, now would be a good time to take a Timeshift snapshot. Given you've told me elsewhere you have Linux experience, you are likely already acquainted with it, and it is installed on Mint.
