Putting Linux Games on Consoles

Yes in two ways one is if you have a game and compile it for the console (you can do this with ue4). Or if you use a console with homebrew or by using something to emulate.

Considering how many retro and modern consoles exist, I imagine doing this would be quite lucrative, and some people managed to turn it into a full-time gig.

When it comes compiling games for the NES vs the PS5, would they have to be done differently because of the architectural differences?
