Any specific Category? And how do I know they can fix it?

Hi. it is not a super big job!

I want to install a zpanel but keep hitting the wall when i try to enter mysql password, it does not take any signs in???

It is Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 2.6.32-042stab084.25 x86_64)

When I use the terminal It is not possible to type in any sign ???
I try putty and Dame Ware SHH Client but it ends at this

So question?
What dose it cost to install it You ho have experience of it?

That looks a RHEL or CentOS kernel build... yet you are running 'buntu 12.04

You should be running a 3.2.x kernel...

It may be so!
But it is an VPS hosting, and the staff is rude if i ask them questions about setting.
So I had to accept the pac as it is!
