In what circumstances does it appear?

Is your heading Re (as in regarding) install Gnome or Reinstall Gnome?

I dont know how this message I appear, one day I turned on my notebook and when I put my passw ,that message appear, I suppose that GNOME could be reinstall or something like that, is the first time that happen, honestly I dont have the minior idea about that .
