Solved Received warning on bash performing update/upgrade. Help?

So I did a "sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade" this morning and this warning was present. Also I am new to Linux guys, so just keep that in mind please, if my questions seem minute.
I am running Linux Mint XFCE. If I can get any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys...

you should have had a mint upgrade [via the upgrade manager ] yesterday, updating the mirrors

It appears to be up - can navigate to it manually

Yeah so I'm trying to figure out why am i not getting notifications on the upgrade manager.
