This is described as being personal, political and cinematic in its scope: "the top of the mountain is nothing without the climb."

Interesting duet featuring Kate Bush and Peter Gabriel "Don't Give Up". 1986

Brian got me started remembering how much I enjoyed band 1927, when he offered their "If I Could" above. :)

1927 were an Australian pop rock band formed in 1987 with James Barton on drums, Bill Frost on bass guitar, his brother Garry Frost on guitar and keyboards, and Eric Weideman on vocals, guitar and keyboards.

Here are a couple more of theirs I liked - "That's When I think of You"

and "Compulsory Hero"

These are the sons of the Three Tenors. The one wearing glasses is Placido Domingo’s son, the centre one is Andrea Bocelli’s son, and the taller one is Pavarotti’s son.

omg...You can surely tell the biggest of those boys is Pavarotti's son. One big happy kid, with a voice to raise the rafters!

Geez I hate to burst your bubble.

First up I should say I loved the music (why isn't it in Classical rather than here??), and I was a big fan of Three Tenors.

But I got to looking into it because the first one included the name of Andrea Bocelli (blind tenor) instead of Spain's Jose Carreras?

Found these two items from Snopes (good for hoax checking, as was/is Urban Legend), and Fact Check.

So sorry, but not the Real McCoy. :( - it is Il Volo.

Doesn't detract from the wonderful music, though :)
