Solved | Accidentally gpt dev/sda

Hello there everyone can i have a little help i actually gpt dev/sda instead of dev sda6 with fdisk while i was creating a new partition is it possible to recover everything back as it was before. Also i have adual boot setup with windows 10 and parrot os

Did you do a "w"rite after you ran the "g"pt command?
If not your old partitions might be there.

fdisk /dev/sda
p (for print) and see if any partitions are listed.

If not, there's nothing you can do. (professional disk recovery services, $$$)

Yep i did 'w'rite after 'g'pt and bye i restored data using test disk (thanks to live disc of kali i had ) i recovered the data i needed although forgot to copy 1 folder but that's fine and reinstalled windows and dual boited again with parrot.
