i would have thought that if the system can process and pipe music out to a headphone
then maybe look at gui for sound and make sure sliders are over to right. You can use command:
and shimmy down to where it says Audio device

Maybe try opening the terminal and run alsamixer.
When alsa mixer opens make sure the pcm and the main are turned up all the way.
Some of the rows of columns may be muted.

both lscpi and inxi both show "Kernel driver in use: snd_hda_intel" so you have a driver in use .

You will have to go into the bios settings and you will have to look around for that setting.
I'm unfamiliar with Lenovo so not able to give any instruction as to where the setting can be found in the bios.
Someone with Lenovo experience should be around.

i can give you one example where headphones works and speakers don't i fired up gui (see image) i clicked mute button when speakers was showing. I found in built speakers no sound but headphones fine. I'm thinking somehow somewhere output for your headphone output is full right and inbuilt speakers insn't.

Check every possible setting in Alsa and pulse audio.
Sometimes Alsa has a mixer where you can adjust the sound output.
The Wife's laptop has a sound on/off button on the key pad that was turned off and had no sound through speakers.
So check and see.
F2 AND F3 volume increse but no sounds
