Yep I guess it's safe to say they Kicked Butt. :D:D:D

Good game.

I expected KC to come out on top.

I wanted Philly to win.

I got what I wanted, but not what I expected. I'm okay with that. I really expected KC to dominate the game. They did not do so. They did the opposite, in fact. I'm also happy that this isn't KC winning thee Super Bowls in a row. That's good.

But, like it not, we're going to have to stop and start looking at some numbers. That Mahomes guy is creeping up on, or has exceeded, the numbers put up by Brady. There a a bunch of number where he beats Brady. So... It's time to start having that talk.

I'm happy with the outcome.

I always root for the underdog.

I just wanted to see the Eagles win.

Go Eagles!

Woooo - great game!!

KC got a whooping.

Good.

I really don't like Mahomes. Also, and this is petty, he has a weird shaped head which is reflected in how his helmet sits atop it. I know, that's petty, but I'm a 49ers fan.

It will take me a day or two to decide if it was a 'great game' vs a game that was 'fun to watch'. I'm agreeing for the moment.KC lost, so it was a great game.

It was fun seeing KC get curb-stomped.

I too often root for the underdog. I think that might be why I like college football, but it's equally true in the NFL.

"Any given Sunday."

These players are all at the top of their game. On any given Sunday, one team can beat another team. It only takes a slight mishap for the outcome to be different than predicted.

One might not expect me to be an NFL fan, and I was not always a fan, but the way the game develops and the strategies around it have turned me into a fan.

One team turned up to play...at full time the other team was still getting off the bus...Taylor won't be happy.

I don't really care for any sports except for F1, but who won?

I'm not a big sports fan either although I like watching the end of the season games.

The wife is a college football fan so I will watch some of those games and or go to the game day party's friends of ours have.

I wish somebody would explain to me what all the excitement is with following sports. I'm at a complete loss to understand it.....can't get my "head around it".

Never had the time, for one thing.....always had better things to do with it. What IS the attraction of two teams of people kicking, throwing or knocking a ball around a field, or pitch? Can't figure it out at all..!

I'm with Maarten on this one; motorsports, yeah, OK.....that I can perhaps understand, but even there the interest has waned over the years. The only real attraction I can think of is to do with the ridiculous sums of money ALL sports seem to attract nowadays.....after all, the latter IS what seems to motivate 99% of humans.

Am I right, or am I right ?

(shrug...)

Well, Mike, years ago I felt exactly the same way. But once I told a friend what you said and much more.

But his reply quickly changed my outlook. He simply said that "Time spent doing something that you enjoy [playing or watching sports] is not wasted time."

You and I love Linux to some degree. Many don't. Some folks enjoy sports. People don't all have the same interests.

GT racing is my favorite. I've done some racing and many track days and driving schools. I own multiple vehicles and that's why you don't see me in the mornings. The mornings are my time and I'm out driving 90% of the time.

I'm at a complete loss to understand it.

If you understand the game and the rules, it makes it quite interesting - to some folks. You may just not be interested and that's okay. I think it's a good way to spend a few hours. Not every hour needs to be productive. But, it's helpful to know what they're doing and why they're doing it. You can pick your own hobbies, of course.
