system-config-network failed with error 'An unhandled exception has occured'

Dear All,

Linux version - Enterprise Linux 5

System pings to the self IP and doesnt ping to the GW IP.
Using HP Blade server c 7000
Physical LAN connectivity is fine.

I cannot open the GUI Administration> Network section to see the network profiles and properties. as soon as I open this mentioned error comes up.

An unhandled exception has occured. This is most likely a bug. Please save the crash dump and file a detailed bug report against system-config-network at https://linux.oracle.com
