I actually have one available for use, but nobody ever does. I don't tend to advertise it, but it's https://paste.linux-tips.us if you're interested.

Huh... Well, ignore that. There's a bunch out there. Even a GitHub page would work.

I'm not going to restore it to a working condition. It wasn't used for much of anything, so I'm just going to let it die.

I just looked and I think I know why. I migrated to PHP 8 for security and speed reasons. It looks like the Paste script is not working with PHP 8+.

Nah, use a different one. There are all sorts of free ones.

What's really awesome about them is that you can do things like post from the terminal, using the paste command.
