It's not a dreadfully long or complicated article. The whole goal is just to let folks know that 'whois' exists and that it works, at least some of the time, when you want some information. Rather than using some site and a browser, you can just use whois in the terminal.


So, not much going on today. Feedback is alright, I suppose, though it's not really all that interesting unless you've never heard of whois.

i'm pleased to see that in the case of a domain for my daughter's site it mostly comes up : REDACTED FOR PRIVACY

If you put it behind a CDN, it means changing the nameservers and hides where you're actually hosting the site. So, that's another thing you could do.
