Has anyone experience with duration for automatic delisting on TRUNCATE ? (http://www.gbudb.com/truncate/)

Our provider unintentionally put our business ip range in a range not suited for mailservers - this problem is solved, we immediately got off spamhaus after correction of ip range policies at our provider, but we don't seem to get off TRUNCATE.

Got listed the same time on TRUNCATE as on spamhaus, and the mail server isn't sending any spam, so this surely is no conincidence.

It also doesn't make me happy to see that TRUNCATE suggests when owning their commercial product, delisting via marking Mails as HAM in this software, gets faster.

Best regards

I haven't dealt with them in the past - looks like they have automatic de-listing? (http://www.gbudb.com/truncate/how-ips-are-removed.jsp)

Sounds to me like purchasing their product is how most people speed up the process unfortunately. Why would anyone use them as a tool when that looks so obvious? :/

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the answer, i'm aware of their automatic delisting, unfortunately it hasn't happened since 4 days, and i spent hours checking our mailservers, so i thought perhaps someone already had to wait for delisiting :)

As far as i see just very few people directly check their blacklist, but they are part of several multi list provider lists.

Best regards.

P.S.: And many thanks for caring, even though blacklists perhaps seem a little bit offtopic.
