I have a "ThinkServer" Desktop machine. I've prep the "Ubuntu" Iso for install. Currently, the server does not have an ios installed. Do I first install the "ThinkServer EasyStartup"software first or the "Ubuntu" only? Thanks.

Just a guess... the "ThinkServer EasyStartup" is probably for Windows Server software, which seems to be the most commonly used. Wikipedia says there has been some support in the past for RedHat and SUSE Linux too, but I'm going to guess that you're on your own to setup and configure your server however you want. The ThinkServer product line was discontinued in 2017.
