Hello!

I'm using Ubuntu (Kubuntu) KDE plasma 20.04.3 and can't find a way to connect PC to TV wirelessly.
I found the settings for Gnome but as I use plasma I don't even know if I can install this feature but I would definitely like to have only those plugins that are made exclusively for plasma.
If you can at least answer me is there any application or extension for wireless connection at all?

Well, it'd be weird to see Kubuntu using another desktop environment ;) regarding your question on how to connect(stream media from?) PC to TV wirelessly, I think you need to do this from the player, i.e. VLC. This might be of help https://linuxhint.com/stream_linux_to_tv/

First of all let me thank you for the answer!

VLC media player is for media sharing and I need those functions as I have when I connect to a TV with an HDMI cable.

I actually want an extended screen to which I can transfer the window as desired.
(When I open the app so I can transfer it to another screen with the mouse)

I don’t know if you used Windows 10 but it had a wireless screen option on it and when I connect I can duplicate from the first to the second screen or have an extended screen.

You're welcome :) I've used W10, but haven't used that feature since I don't own such devices. I've used VLC to stream media to another pc, yes, it's a different thing, but the procedure it's mostly the same.

I lost a couple of days looking for the right apps and trying to install them but to no avail.
Miraclecast seems to me to be the best option but I don't know if it supports connecting from PC to TV because I didn't have a successful installation even though I followed all the above steps from multiple pages.

I haven't tried it but came across this and it sounds like what you are looking for.
Why not just use HDMI?

Yes I tried to install it but I don't get any application or connectivity option even though I follow the installation steps outlined.
I'm relatively new to using Linux, so I think it's my fault.

And I use HDMI, but sometimes I just need wireless transmission because of the position of fixed devices and the activities I perform with them.

@misetic You mentioned in your first post that you found the settings for Gnome, well, gnome uses an app called gnome-network-displays, which is available for KDE too(or any other DE it would seem https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Miracast), so you can try and install that. First, check if it is available in Kubuntu
Code:
apt policy gnome-network-displays
if it is, then install it with
Code:
sudo apt install gnome-network-displays
If it's not, you can install the flatpak pkg https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.gnome.NetworkDisplays. You can also read here https://blog.paultelles.com/2020/03/how-to-install-gnome-network-displays.html here and here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miracast#Linux_desktop for more info.

WORK! @Tolkem
I successfully installed that app and it works. From the beginning, I refused to use applications for "gnome" or any other environment because I only wanted to use those applications intended for "plasma", but I realized that they do not have all the applications for each environment.

Mostly thank you very much, you helped me!

This is my first experience on the Linux forum and I am really positively surprised by the interaction and persistence of “strangers” to find a solution.

You're very welcome! :) Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. I use Plasma too and try to use only QT apps when possible, as most dependencies are already available, plus they look consistent within Plasma, whereas installing Gnome's will pull in a few GTK/Gnome dependencies, and sometimes the look doesn't match the DE. I've installed some, so ... I guess, sometimes you just have to work with what is available.
