Unable to Mount Windows in Linux mint

I am using Dual boot and for installing Linux mint cinnamon 22. In the starting stage the mounting is not the problem but suddenly while i try access some file i got this error. I didn't get any errors for 3 days but the 4th day i am not able to use the Windows C partition.

I installed cinnamon 22 in separate partition which is not allotted in Windows.

Have you disabled both windows quick start [fast boot] and windows secure boot, and done a full power restart [not using the windows shut down but by pushing the power button till the led goes out]

I disabled fast boot but didn't tried the rest of it. i will do it now....

have you installed any Windows updates, they are notorious for breaking your Linux especially the latest batch
