US judge clears Microsoft's plan to buy Call of Duty maker Activision Blizzard

The increasing consolidation in video games companies isn't producing games worth playing. Been playing indie and older games and don't see that changing.

Microsoft bought Bethesda Software (i.e. ZeniMax) - my nephew worked for Bethesda Software as a "bug hunter" for gaming and got laid off at first then got rehired - he was lucky many got laid off and let go.
