User home directory mode unsafe : /var/lib colord and unbound

Hi All
Have had a security report back for one of our Oracle Linux 8 servers where the permissions for home directory of user colord and unbound was found to be 755 which is more permissive than 750.
Now i have used chmod 750 which applies for but after a reboot they are back to 755

So im thinking these are folders that require 755? and has anyone else come across this ?

Found the unbound should have been set elsewhere so this one seems ok.
colord folder still doesnt hold its permissions, not sure for what reason that is?
