Hey there, I'm using Kali Linux on a virtual machine and I have a problem with the network.
Overall, I have access to the internet in the guest virtual machine and everything seemed nominal but then I've tried to type
Code:
route -n
in the shell and the gateway ip that I saw was completely different than the gateway ip on my host machine.
This problem is causing many other problems in my guest machine, if somebody know how to fix that please let me know.

Thanks from advance.

Never mind, I solved the problem, had to change the option in the oracle virtual box from NAT adapter to Briged Adapter

Briged Adapter

...Bridged Adapter ... just technical for The Viewers. :)

You're getting good at troubleshooting, more power to you

Don't get too good or you'll put me out of a job
