Performed a fresh installation of Voyager 11 last night and it really paid off and brought this old Sony Vaio back to life!

Enjoyed writing the blog, taking screenshot's and staying up late with Linux.

Spent most of the day on the laptop today too.-:)
This distro really rocks!
Never seen anything like it that's pure Debian based.

Fine writeup Alex, I have this one in my stable.

In the category of "Things to do after installing", if the user is like me and likes to have some control on the File Manager (Nautilus aka Files in GNOME) -
Unlike the FMs Nemo, Caja and Thunar in Cinnamon, MATE and Xfce, Nautilus by default does not allow the function to Open as Administrator/Root.

You can enable this facility with the package

nautilus-admin

Code:
sudo apt -y install nautilus-admin

then restart your File Manager and you're away.

HTH ;)
