VPN-->SSH-->RDP

Hello,

I have a Windows machine (1) with a VPN that can connect via SSH to a Debian machine (2) on a remote network.
However, this Windows machine (1) cannot connect to a remote Windows machine (3) via RDP.

I am looking for a way to use the Debian machine (2) as a jump host to reach the Windows machine (3) via RDP and bring this connection back to the Windows machine (1).

I have basic knowledge, I can read manuals (RTFM), but I need some help because I am not very familiar with Linux.

is the user account that you're using to RDP into win3 permitted to do so (member of remote desktop user group on win3 or in the domain they're in, etc)?

If you can't connect from machine 1 directly to machine 3 let me know.
