vsftpd - remote access

for now I have instaled vsftpd, I have a postrouting configuration, wenn I do connect with my server I have answer:
220 (vsFTPd 3.0.3)
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.
530 Please login with USER and PASS.

421 Timeout.


wenn I try to connect in local network I don`t have problem. Eny One help me.

Since when you connect locally you don't have a problem it's not a vsftpd configuration problem. How does your setup look like as in your network setup, what does your local LAN look like, what's behind your router and how do you have it currently configured that your vsftpd instance can be reached from outside of your LAN?
 
if I try to conect in vsftpd from outside LAN, I have a window to put login and passwd.
 
FTP uses two ports, 20 and 21. Are both opened on firewall?
Also what user is FTP runniing as? Does it have permissions to the directories?
