You would think that a "pillar of the community" at the ripe old age of 51, might have some idea of posting a topic essentially asking for help.
Like, some detail for those people volunteering their time here.

I would consult with the service provider and see what advice they have to offer.
I would at least do a hard reset and change my password(s) and be cautious about what sites I visit.
